The RANZCO 2030 & beyond strategy aims to to enhance equitable service provision across Australia and develop and maintain a sustainable ophthalmology workforce, with the goal of working towards eliminating avoidable blindness in Australia.

AONA and AONA QLD contributed to the strategy, providing a nursing viewpoint and proposals regarding task -shifting in the future.
